Creative Writing Space
In a recent beta test sign-up, there was a field simply labeled “Creative Writing Space” at the end of the application. It may have been just for comments, but this is what I wrote:

Once upon a time there was a frog named Bruce, who folks claimed to be the biggest bullfrog in Westchester County. He was so big that even the owls were scared of him, lest he ribbit within their ribcages and free himself from an acidy demise. Once day when a traveling salesman came through Ossining, the townsfolk told him of the great Bruce and his curiosity was piqued.
“Surely,” he thought, “if I could convince this frog to travel with me on my sales route, my clients would be flabbergasted at the sight of this proud beast and they would have no choice but to buy my crockery!”
